1.Free Express Shipping
AphroditeHair provides free international shipping (except for EU countries) for all wigs.
Normally we will ship products 24 hours after the confirmation email sent in business days. Some wigs and customized orders will take some time (2-7 business days) to make in our factory and then ship out.
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 - 5 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Natural disasters and Covid-19 may limit our shipping carriers to operate or pick up from our warehouse may cause delays.
4.Po.Box & Military Base
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
5.What if I'm missing items or received the wrong merchandise?
Any merchandise(s) that is wrong or missing in the order due to our fault, please contact us within 15 days from the time you receive the order. We will investigate the issue and respond within 2-4 business days from the day that the issue is reported to us. If the customer reports the issue after 15 days, we assume the customer has received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be liable for any missing product(s) or wrong item(s) shipped.
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, AphroditeHair is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
7.Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
9.How long do I receive the tracking number?
After you create an order, we will contact you. After the buyer and seller confirm, we will arrange the order task with the factory. Some wigs need a certain production time (2-7 working days), and they will be shipped immediately after production. You can check the order tracking number on the website
10.What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
When a customer enters an incorrect address, our shipping carriers will charge us an extra fee to locate the correct address, so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.
We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered.
We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email.
11.What if I refused my package?
If you want to reject our package, please contact us before receiving the order tracking number. This instance will be treated as a "product return" and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order. If we send a package and arrives at your door and is refused. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
12.What is item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.
